LONG TABLE EVENT & COOKING CLASS REGISTRATION POLICY
Guests can register online for Long Table Events up to 72 hours prior to the dinner, and after that time online registration will be closed but tickets might be available for purchase based on availability. Upon registering for the Long Table Event, guests should inform HOB Fine Foods of any allergies, dietary restrictions, and/or if they carry an EpiPen.
All long table guests need a proof of vaccination in order to attend any in-person event or class. Please do not book a long table event if you or your guests are unable to provide the required documents.
Long Table Events are non-refundable. If the event chosen is full, the guest will be informed as soon as possible and then placed on a waiting list. If a spot opens up, a representative from HOB Fine Foods will contact the individual and accept payment at that time.
Long Table Events may be cancelled if there are an insufficient number of registrants. HOB Fine Foods reserves the right to alter the dinner menu if necessary, as well, based on seasonal availability.
Guests can withdraw from their scheduled Long Table Event up to one week advance, and a credit for the amount will be applied towards another Long Table Event or cooking class. If under one week of notice is provided, the guest will not be able to cancel, but may:
Send a substitute in their place
Be charged 100% of the Long Table Events fee
If a guest fails to show for the Long Table Event, no credit is offered, and there will be no make-up Long Table Event offered.
Long Table Event Confirmations
Guests are responsible for remembering their scheduled Long Table Event date and time. If a guest would like to verify their spot or any of their registration information, they can call to speak with a representative from HOB Fine Foods.
