About the Event

As the days get cooler and the nights get longer, Vancouver Island delicacies such as Chanterelles, Pine Mushroom, Porcini and Cauliflower Mushrooms are poking their heads above the soil. Chef is excited to share with you a five-course tasting menu with creativity, balance, texture, and bold flavor.
