About the Event

Join us and take your senses on a culinary journey, exploring the exotic flavours of African cuisine as you prepare two of Chef Castro’s favourite dishes. You will learn to cook and enjoy two dishes plus chef will serve a dessert to finish off the evening in style

Roasted Yam Avocado with Ghanaian Style Spinach & Wild Mushroom stew

Red Snapper (Rock Fish) Jollof Rice, Peas, Scallions, Grilled Onions & Roasted Red Peppers

This class will run with a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 10

All guests need a proof of vaccination in order to attend any in-person event or class. Please do not book a class if you are unable to provide the required documents.
