Chef Castro will start the evening off with a dish by Chef Christophe Letard. Second course will be from the Ice Carving Champion, Chef Yoshi Chubachi. For third & fifth course, we are heading to Scotland to enjoy a dishes by Chef Colin Watson & Duncan Stewart, but before fifth course, we will be heading to Bermuda to enjoy Chef Michael Scott (another great Scottish Chef). Next, we head back to Victoria for Chef Ito Takashi Soy Braised Short Ribs. Finally, the evening will end with Chef Thomas Keller's Strawberry Shortcake dessert. Chef Castro never worked with Chef Keller, but he has been inspired by Chef Keller's works for many years.
