Albacore Tuna & Mango “Ravioli”
Cucumber & Pickled Radish, Sweet Soy Caviar
Fingerling Potatoes Stuffed with Ratatouille, Hemp Seeds & Spinach Pesto
African Fish & Chips Spiced Tartar Sauce
Dessert will be served after dinner.
This class will run with a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 12.
$125 per person
