About the Event
Chef Takashi Ito, C.C.C., is a celebrated chef with 40 years of experience in kitchens from New Brunswick to Victoria, including 25 years as an Executive Chef. He has cooked for an extraordinary roster of guests, including the Queen of England, Bill Gates on a dining train, and world leaders at the G8 Summit.
Chef Ito represented Team Ottawa at the prestigious Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt, Germany, showcasing his skills on the world stage. With accolades such as Canada’s Great Kitchen Party champion and induction into the B.C. Restaurant Hall of Fame, Chef Ito brings passion and precision to every plate he creates.
