Guest Chef Heidi Fink: Spanish Cuisine

Spanish Cuisine: Take a culinary trip to Spain with Chef Heidi! Learn to use both Spanish ingredients and basic pantry staples to produce an amazing meal. We will enjoy some simple tapas, and learn to make Albondigas and a Coastal Seafood Paella. Cook, eat, and enjoy this sun-drenched culinary destination. Take home recipes will be provided.

Heidi Fink is a chef, food writer, and award-winning culinary instructor, specializing in local ingredients and international cuisines. Previously Executive Chef of ReBar Modern Food restaurant in Victoria, Heidi now runs her own business teaching cooking classes and hosting culinary tours. In addition, she works as both a culinary instructor and instructional assistant in the Professional Cook Training program of Camosun College.
