About the Event
This Black History Month, we invite you to gather around a table inspired by heritage, culture and the extraordinary flavours of Africa. Guided by Chef Castro’s roots, this special dinner explores the depth and diversity of African cuisine through bold spices, vibrant ingredients and time-honoured traditions, thoughtfully reimagined for the modern table.
More than a dinner, The Heritage Table is a celebration of where we come from, the stories we carry and the connections created when we share food around a table.
