About the Event
Sheringham Distillery, based out of Vancouver Island, Canada, is on a mission to make the world’s most approachable gin with a chef’s approach to distillation and a focus on sustainability. Their award-winning Seaside Gin, inspired by the island's rugged coast, includes juniper, light rose, sustainably-harvested winged kelp, citrus, and coriander. The distillery honors the environment by using quality seasonal ingredients and clean ingredients that are simple, recognizable, ethically-sourced, local when possible, and free of artificial additives and chemicals.
