About the Trip
From March 2 to 11 2026, join us for a once-in-a-lifetime culinary journey through Ghana with renowned Chef Castro Boateng as your host. Timed to celebrate Ghana’s Independence Day on March 6th, this vibrant adventure will take you deep into the heart of Ghanaian food, culture, and hospitality. From the bustling markets and street food stalls of Accra to cocoa farms, fishing villages, and historic sites along the coast, you’ll experience the rhythms, flavours, and warmth of Ghana firsthand.
