Lobster Thermidor  Brandy, Dijon Mustard & White Wine Cream Sauce, Fennel & Radish Salad
Chateaubriand  Roasted Filet of Beef, Turn Potatoes, Carrots, Croquettes, Haricot Vert, Wild Mushrooms Bearnaise Sauce
Classical French Dessert will be served after class.
This class will run with a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 12.
