Join us and take your senses on a culinary journey as we explore the traditional cuisine and culture of the Caribbean and prepare some of Chef Castro’s favourite dishes. You will learn to cook and enjoy two dishes plus chef will serve a dessert to finish off the evening in style

Corn & Coconut Fritters

Jerk Aioli, Candied Jalapeno & HOB Slaw

Jerk Pork Tenderloin

Pineapple Salsa, Sweet Mashed Potato, Cinnamon & Maple Glazed Carrots

This class will run with a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 10

All guests need a proof of vaccination in order to attend any in-person event or class. Please do not book a class if you are unable to provide the required documents.
