Parsnip & Apple Soup Blue Cheese, Toasted Nuts, & Red Wine Reduction
Seared Scallops
Butternut Squash Risotto, Fennel & Radish Salad, Vanilla Curry Oil
Dessert will be served after dinner.
This class will run with a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 12.
$130 per person
+ 5% GST
